Who we are. TransferLink (operated by Time Travel Private Hire) provides pre-booked transfers — to and from Manchester and Liverpool Airports, or anywhere else in the UK — arranged on behalf of partner hotels and their guests.
What we collect. When you create a hotel account, we store your hotel name, address, email, and the bookings you make — including guest names, phone numbers, and travel details, for the purpose of arranging transfers and paying commission.
How we use it. Guest details are shared only with the driver assigned to that trip. Hotel account details are used to log in, calculate commission, and contact you about your account or bookings.
Commission. Commission rates are set by TransferLink and may change; the current rate is shown on the booking page. Payouts are arranged directly between your hotel and TransferLink.
Cancellations. Bookings can be cancelled by the hotel that made them at any time before the transfer takes place.
Data retention. Booking records are kept for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your hotel account by contacting us.
